Who Will Wake Up Spring?

My name is Mia Posada, founder of Wake Up Spring! As an illustrator, I love designing lively, colorful artwork. As a mom, I remember wanting to preserve the special times in our lives when we welcomed a new baby. I founded Wake Up Spring to create fun, beautiful artwork to decorate your child’s home and celebrate their addition to your family. It is said that the first gift parents give their child is their name. Wake Up Spring prints celebrate a new little miracle, and their first gift, their name.
All of the prints at Wake Up Spring are giclee archival reproductions of original collage and watercolor artwork created in my home studio.
The name Wake Up Spring is an homage to the children’s book “Who Will Wake Up Spring?” published in 1967 by my mother, author and illustrator Sharon Lerner, whose life and art are a continual inspiration to me.
I keep busy with my husband, 3 kids, and 1 big dog in Golden Valley, Minnesota!
